Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the control manifold.

Note: Put identification marks on components to aid in assembly.

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure is started, clean the exterior of the components to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism. Precision components can be damaged by contaminants or by dirt. Perform disassembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.

1. Remove three cartridge nuts (1). Remove five solenoids (2) from the valve cartridges.

2. Remove three valve cartridges (4) from control manifold (3) .

   Note: Three O-rings (5) are located on each valve cartridge (4) .

3. Remove four fittings (6) .

   Note: An O-ring (7) is located on each fitting (6) .
