6V-3917 O-Ring Seal  Lubricate the bore lightly with 5P-3975 Rubber Lubricant. 
6V-5103 O-Ring Seal  Lubricate the bore lightly with 5P-3975 Rubber Lubricant. 
9F-2773 Bolt  Use the following procedure in order to tighten the bolts of the aftercooler assembly:
1. Assemble the seals to the aftercooler core.
2. Temporarily secure the bottom seal to the aftercooler with tape. Do not use an adhesive, a silicone lubricant, or any other lubricant for retention of the seal.
3. Assemble the aftercooler with seals to the inlet manifold.
4. Inspect the bottom seal in order to ensure that the seal is seating correctly in the recess.
5. Install the aftercooler cover.
6. Inspect the upper seal in order to ensure that the seal is seating correctly in the recess.
7. Install the cover bolts. Hand tighten the cover bolts.
8. Tighten the bolts in a numerical sequence as shown in Illustration 2 to 24 ± 6 N·m (212 ± 53 lb in).
9. Again, tighten the bolts in a numerical sequence that is shown in Illustration 2 to 47 ± 9 N·m (35 ± 7 lb ft).
10. Remove the tape. 
6V-5101 O-Ring Seal  Lubricate the bore lightly with 5P-3975 Rubber Lubricant.
