3     | 1     | 5L-7685 Zinc Rod As     | The 233-8525 Pipe Plug is installed in the water inlet to the pump. The 6L-2280 Zinc Rod and the plug are installed in the water outlet at this location. Assemble the zinc rod in the plug according to the following procedure: 1. Apply blue Loctite 242 on the shoulder of the rod. Do not put the sealant on the threads of the rod. 2. Tighten the rod to 7 ± 2 N·m (62 ± 18 lb in).     |

11     | 1     | 5N-2904 Seal Collar     | Use the following procedure in order to assemble the seal collar: 1. Clean shaft and seal collar with acetone-based cleaner or other suitable degreasing solvent. 2. Apply green Loctite 609 to shaft at a distance of 15 mm (0.6 inch) from shoulder at bearing diameter. 3. Slide seal collar over shaft into position and rotate 180 degree in both directions. 4. Leave the seal collar 30 minutes before handling to cure.     |
