1. 密封件泄漏

A. 拆下相关气缸上的喷油器后肉眼检查喷油器 O 形密封圈是否损坏。

如果发现有泄漏但 O 形密封圈状态良好,则喷油器可能有故障。 更换喷油器。 确保安装了新的调整文件。 有关详细信息,参考故障排除, "喷油器调整文件 - 安装"。 使用 Caterpillar 电子技师(ET)执行 "Fuel System Verification Test(燃油系统验证测试)"。 有关详细信息,参考故障排除, "喷油器电磁阀 - 测试"。

如果未找到泄漏部位,则向燃油箱中加入适当的染料。 使发动机在高怠速下运转数分钟。 关闭发动机,然后拆下阀室盖。 使用黑光在各喷油器周围检查染料的痕迹。
 

O 形密封圈
 

结果:喷油器 O 形密封圈损坏。

修理:更换损坏的密封。 将喷油器安装到发动机上,然后确认修理已将故障排除。

结果:喷油器 O 形密封圈未损坏。

转至测试步骤 2。
 

2. 喷油器顶端

A. 使用 Cat 电子技师执行 "Cylinder Cutout Test(断缸测试)",以便识别出可能漏油的所有气缸。

B. 已损坏或断裂的喷油器顶端可能会引起气缸漏油。 如果通过测试识别出该缸,则拆卸喷油器并检查喷油器顶端有无损坏。 检查喷油器顶端有无裂纹或破裂。

结果:喷油器顶端损坏。

修理:更换可疑喷油器。

结果:喷油器顶端未损坏。

转至测试步骤 3。
 

3. 输油泵密封件

A. 检查输油泵的轴密封件周围有无燃油泄漏。 确保溢流孔未被堵塞。

结果:轴密封件周围有燃油泄漏。

修理:更换燃油输油泵。

结果:轴密封件周围无燃油泄漏。

继续测试步骤 4。
 

4. 缸盖裂纹

A. 查看缸盖内的喷油器燃油供应内部通道有无损坏迹象。 查找有无销孔泄漏。 参考拆解和装配。

修理:修理或更换缸盖。
