Gas Pressure Regulator Solenoid - Disassemble

Usage:

G3516 AL7

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the gas pressure regulator solenoid. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gas Pressure Regulator Solenoid - Remove".


NOTICE

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

    ------ WARNING! ------

    Personal injury can result from parts and/or covers under spring pressure.

    Spring force will be released when covers are removed.

    Be prepared to hold spring loaded covers as the bolts are loosened.


  1. Remove cap (1) from the solenoid.

  2. Remove spring (2) and washer (3) from the solenoid coil.

  3. Remove screws (4) and adapter (5) from the housing.

  4. Remove solder from wires (7) on adapter (5). Remove coil (6) from the housing.
