Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Install Tooling (A) and attach a suitable lifting device on housing (9).
- Remove all gasket and foreign material from the housing.

- Put housing (9) and gasket (13) in position on the mounting plate. The two bolt (12) in mounting plate (10) must be installed. Install Tooling (B) in aftercooler (5).
- Install bolts (1) and remove Tooling (B).
- Repeat this procedure for the housing on the opposite side of the aftercooler.

- Repeat this procedure for the bonnet on the opposite side of the aftercooler.
