使用本步骤对进气系统压差高进行故障排除。 在以下任一事件代码为现行状态时也使用本步骤。

可能原因

  • 空气滤清器滤芯

  • 进气管路

  • 大气压力传感器、涡轮增压器压缩机进口压力传感器和/或传感器电路

  • 护罩

注: 高进气阻力可能会导致机油通过闭式曲轴箱通风(CCV)系统吸入空气系统。 曲轴箱烟雾从 CCV 流回到进气中后,检查进气系统有无机油。 如果发现有机油,彻底清洁进气系统。

建议的措施

空气滤清器滤芯

检查进气系统有无空气滤清器堵塞或损坏的情况。 如果发动机配备进气预滤器,则请确认进气预滤器工作正常。

进气管路

检查进气管路有无损坏或阻塞。 修理或更换管路。

护罩

检查并确认发动机安装在通风良好的机装箱中。 修理机装箱的通风装置。

大气压力传感器、涡轮增压器压缩机进口压力传感器和/或传感器电路

在发动机停机时,使用 Cat ET 比较以下参数的状态:

  • "大气压力"

  • "涡轮增压器 #1 压缩机进口压力(绝对)"

  • "涡轮增压器 #2 压缩机进口压力(绝对)"

注: 空气滤清器阻塞的状态是一个计算值。 在 Cat ET 报告空气滤清器阻塞的状态参数之前,必须将发动机运转三分钟。 在达到这个延迟时间之前,Cat 电子技师将会把这些参数报告为 "Conditions Not Met(条件未满足)"。

检查并确认传感器接线正确。

Cat ET 将会把 "Atmospheric Pressure(大气压力)"的状态报告为周围区域的大气压力。 在发动机关闭情况下,涡轮增压器压缩机进气压力传感器的读数将近似等于大气压力。 如果读数不一致,则对可疑传感器的传感器电路进行故障排除。 参考故障排除, "传感器信号(模拟、有源)- 测试"。
