(7) Spray head # 7 (Green/Enabled, Red/Disabled)

Note: Spray heads will not light up green unless there is water in the tank. Spray heads will not appear on the screen, if spray heads are not available.

Monitoring System Messages

Warnings

A Water Delivery System warning will appear in red text on the display screen. If a WDS warning appears, take appropriate action as directed by the message. If the appropriate action is not known, contact your Cat dealer or refer to Specifications / System Operation / Testing and Adjusting / Disassembly and Assembly / Troubleshooting, UENR2065, UENR3561, and UENR3533, "Water Delivery System". Some of the WDS warnings include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Tank lift mode on (keypad disabled)

  • Tank water level low (flashing "low" at bottom of water level gauge)

  • Dirty filter (hydraulic)

  • High oil temp

  • Low hydraulic oil (WDS system disabled)

  • High oil temp shutdown (audible alarm, WDS system disabled at 100 degrees)

  • Hydraulic system press Hi (WDS system disabled

  • Sensor Failure (Press F2)

Errors

A (diagnostic) error will appear on the display screen as a popup window. If an error appears, perform the appropriate maintenance to resolve the error. If the appropriate maintenance is not known, contact your Cat dealer or refer to Specifications / System Operation / Testing and Adjusting / Disassembly and Assembly / Troubleshooting, UENR2065, "Water Delivery System". Some of the WDS errors include, but are not limited to the following:

  • No contact (this error can occur on any of the electrical components)

  • Low error (this error can occur on any of the sensors)

  • High error (this error can occur on any of the sensors)

  • Startup error (this error can be temporarily cleared, but will reappear when the power is cycled)

Press "F2" in order to clear an error appearing on the display screen. If there are multiple errors, press "F3" to scroll to the next error
