Track Roller - Remove and Install

- Start the engine. Park the machine on a hard, level surface. Stop the engine.
- Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track Adjustment - Adjust" to release the tension and to tighten the tension of the track.
- Lift the side of the machine. Install Tooling (A) under the undercarriage, as shown.

Note: Adjust the height of Tooling (A) in order to have sufficient clearance for the removal of the track rollers.
- Loosen bolts (1) that hold track guide (2) to the undercarriage.
Note: Do not remove the bolts at this time.

- Position Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device under track guide (2). The weight of track guide (2) is approximately 29 kg (65 lb). Remove bolts (1) and track guide (2) .
- Loosen bolts (4) that secure track roller (3) to the undercarriage.
Note: Do not remove bolts (4) at this time.

- Position Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device under track roller (3). The weight of track roller (3) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Remove bolts (4) and track roller (3) .
Installation Procedure
- Install track roller (3) in the reverse order of removal.
- Make sure the mounting surface of track rollers (3) are clean and free of debris.
Note: Make sure the fill/drain plugs in track rollers (3) are facing toward the outside of the undercarriage.
