The TH55-E70 does not have a pressure tap in order to measure the torque converter outlet pressure. A temporary testing procedure is available to check the torque converter outlet pressure.
Note: An improved transmission case is being designed. The new case will feature a pressure tap for the torque converter outlet pressure.
Procedure
- Remove temperature sensor (3) from "6 STOR" port.

- Install 6V-3965 Fitting .
- Pressure for the torque converter outlet should be 482 ± 69 kPa (70 ± 10 psi).
- If pressure is not correct, refer to Testing and Adjusting, KENR5689.
