Usage:

345D L BYC
负载单向阀执行以下两项功能。

  • 在低泵输送压力下首次触发操纵手柄时,负载单向阀可防止机具意外移动。

  • 负载单向阀防止油从高压回路到低压回路的损失。

当动臂操纵手柄处于 NEUTRAL(空档)位置时,弹簧 ( 7) 使滑阀 (9) 处于中间位置。 驱动泵处于减少冲程位置。 驱动泵为动臂 I 控制阀输送备用压力。 中位旁通油道 (10) 和平行油料通道 ( 11) 内的泵输送压力低于孔口 ( 6) 处动臂油缸缸盖端的压力。 负载单向阀 (3) 处于 CLOSED(关闭)位置。

动臂操纵手柄向 BOOM RAISE(动臂上升)位置的稍许移动使低压先导油进入孔口 ( 8)。 滑阀 (9) 稍微向左移动。 驱动泵开始向加大冲程位置移动。 油道部分打开,使机油从动臂油缸连杆端的孔口 ( 2) 流向回油通道 (1)。 油道部分打开,使机油从动臂油缸缸盖端的孔口 ( 6) 流过油道 (5)。 动臂油缸缸盖端的工作负载压力和弹簧 ( 4) 的作用力现在同时作用到负载单向阀 ( 3) 上。 由于泵输送压力低于油道 ( 5) 内的工作负载压力,因此负载单向阀 ( 3) 仍处于关闭位置。 动臂油缸缸盖端的油被阻断。

随着动臂操纵手柄移离 NEUTRAL(空档)位置,先导口 ( 8) 处的先导油压力升高。 滑阀 (9) 进一步向左移动。 驱动泵进一步加大冲程。 中位旁通油道 (10) 和平行油料通道 ( 11) 内的泵输出压力升高。 在泵输处压力高于油道 ( 5) 内工作负载压力和弹簧 ( 4) 弹力的合力之前,负载单向阀 ( 3) 不会打开。 从而在 动臂上升工作中,可防止动臂意外向下移动。

负载单向阀 (3) 还防止机油从高压回路到低压回路的损失。 例如,作业机具在轻负载下移动,同时动臂油缸提升。 动臂油缸的高压油要流向作业机具的低压侧。 负载单向阀会阻止动臂降低。
