E038(1)发动机冷却液温度低警告     盘车终止继电器已设定,且发动机已运转至少 30 秒。 发动机冷却液的温度低于触发点,延迟时间终止。 没有激活针对发动机冷却液温度的其他诊断代码。     警报输出被激活。 将会记录该代码。    

可能原因

  • 水套水加热器有故障

  • 冷却液温度传感器和/或电路有故障

  • 水温调节器有故障

建议的措施

检查水套水加热器

确定水套水加热器是否正常工作。

如果水套水加热器没有正常工作,确定导致加热器故障的原因。 进行必要的修理。

检查冷却液温度传感器和/电路

检查 Cat ET 上的冷却液温度读数。 当发动机热时,温度应稳定升高。 确保温度合理。

如果 Cat ET 上的冷却液温度读数不合理,诊断和排除电路和冷却液温度传感器的故障。 请参阅故障诊断与排除, "传感器信号(模拟、无源)- 测试"。

检查水温调节器

水温调节器不应开始打开,直到水套水达到调节器的打开温度。 让发动机冷却,然后起动发动机。 检查水套水出口的软管。 如果软管热但仍没有达到正常工作温度,表示调节器可能卡在打开位置。

注: 水温调节器卡在打开位置可能导致活塞咬缸。

按照系统运作/测试和调整, "冷却系统"中的说明检查水温调节器的工作情况。 如有必要,更换水温调节器。
