Description of Change: The new air cleaner assembly is manufactured with a revised process for the fittings for the air cleaner service indicator. The new process creates a more rugged joint between the two parts of the fitting. This prevents the joint from separating.

Adaptable To: The old air cleaners are now replaced in production with the new air cleaners. The new air cleaner groups are direct replacements for the previous air cleaner groups. Table 1 shows the old part numbers, the new part numbers, and the part numbers that are serviced.

The former air cleaner assemblies have been replaced in production with the new air cleaner assemblies. The new air cleaner assemblies are adaptable to all earlier engines. The engines that are listed below are now produced with the new air cleaner assemblies.
