  1. Connect piston assembly (43) to shaft assembly (38). Install bolts (42). Tighten bolts (42) to a torque of 9 ± 1 N·m (80 ± 9 lb in).

  2. Install shim (36) and spring (35) into barrel (34).

  3. Use Tooling (A) in order to help install barrel (34) onto piston assembly (43) and shaft assembly (38).

  4. Install lip seal (41), washer (40), and retaining ring (39).

  5. Install shaft assembly (38) into housing (37).

  6. Use Tooling (B) in order to seat shaft assembly (38) into the housing.

  7. Remove Tooling (A) and Tooling (B).

  8. Install O-ring seal (33).

  9. Install nut (32). Tighten nut (32) to a torque of 69 ± 15 N·m (51 ± 11 lb ft). Ensure that Dimension (Y) is maintained.

  13. Install pump head (27) and bolts (26). Tighten bolts (26) to a torque of 310 ± 30 N·m (230 ± 22 lb ft).

  14. Install spring (25) and O-ring seals (24).

  16. Install nut (22). Tighten nut (22) to a torque of 10 ± 1 N·m (89 ± 9 lb in). Ensure that Dimension (X) is maintained.

  18. Install retainer (20), bushing (19), dowel (18), spring (17), and O-ring seal (16).

  19. Install valve (15) and bolts (14). Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 37 ± 5 N·m (27 ± 4 lb ft).

  21. Install plunger (12). Tighten plunger (12) to a torque of 10 ± 3 N·m (89 ± 27 lb in).

  22. Install nut (11). Tighten nut (11) to a torque of 5 ± 1 N·m (44 ± 9 lb in).

  23. Install Alan pin (10) (not shown). Tighten Alan pin (10) to a torque of 52 N·m (38 lb ft)

  24. Install piston (9).

  25. Install bolt (8). Tighten bolt (8) to a torque of 120 ± 20 N·m (89 ± 15 lb ft). Install O-ring seal (7).

  26. Install O-ring seal (6) onto valve (4).

  27. Install valve (4). Tighten the bolts for valve (4) to a torque of 130 N·m (96 lb ft).

  28. Install the O-ring seal and plug (5). Tighten plug (5) to a torque of 100 N·m (74 lb ft).

  29. Install the O-ring seal and plug (3). Tighten plug (3) to a torque of 130 N·m (96 lb ft).

  30. Install the O-ring seal and plug (2). Tighten plug (2) to a torque of 112 N·m (83 lb ft).

  31. Install the O-ring seal and plug (1). Tighten plug (1) to a torque of 35 N·m (26 lb ft).

End By:

  1. Install the rear hydrostatic piston motor.
