Input Components
The Messenger monitoring system receives direct inputs from the keyswitch and the four input buttons on the Messenger display module. The Messenger will receive inputs from the ECM of other systems via the Cat Data Link and J1939 data link. Also, the Messenger will receive inputs from the Caterpillar Electronic Technician (ET).
