一般注意事项

以下因素将会加速橡胶的老化:

  • 使用年限

  • 紫外线灯(UV 灯)

  • 石油产品

  • 溶剂

  • 厌氧型粘合剂(螺纹锁固胶)

  • 臭氧

厌氧型粘合剂还可能会使橡胶元件和钢制法兰或轮毂之间的粘合劣化。

在无腐蚀性化学物质和光线的环境中,加速橡胶劣化的主要原因是热。

橡胶连接器元件中积热有五种原因:

  • 环境温度高

  • 扭转振动的阻尼

  • 补偿角偏差

  • 补偿径向偏差或偏置

  • 补偿轴向偏差或运动

在受控环境中,可最小化破坏性情况。 橡胶连接器可以有很长的使用寿命。

预防性保养计划

有关扭矩的技术规格,参考技术规格, RENR4952, "柔性连接器"。

橡胶柔性联轴器的保养包括四种活动:

  • 使联轴器免于过热、UV 光线、石油产品、溶剂、厌氧型粘合剂和臭氧。

  • 定期检查橡胶和金属部件有无任何缺陷、应力和磨损。

  • 定期检查紧固件扭矩。

  • 定期检查对准情况。

目视检查橡胶元件过程中,记录任何从钢轮毂上剥落的橡胶区。 3 to 4 mm (0.118 to 0.157 inch)允许轮齿加载侧的磨损。 参考图 2。
