  1. 首先获得新闪存文件的零件号。

  1. 将电子维修工具连接到维修工具接头上。

  1. 把钥匙开关转到接通位置。 不要起动发动机。

  1. 从电子维修工具的 "Utilities(实用程序)"菜单中选择 "WinFlash"。

    注: 如果 "WinFlash(视窗闪存)"将无法与 ECM 通信,请参阅故障诊断与排除, "电子维修工具无法与 ECM 通信"。

  1. 将闪存文件闪存编程到 ECM 中。

    1. 在 "Detected ECMs(检测到的 ECM)"中选择发动机 ECM。

    1. 按 "Browse(浏览)"按钮选择将编程设定到 ECM 中的闪存文件零件号。

    1. 选择正确的闪存文件后,按下 "Open(打开)"按钮。

    1. 确认 "File Values(文件值)"与应用类型相符。 如果 "File Values(文件值)"与应用类型间不匹配,则搜索正确的闪存文件。

    1. 选择正确的闪存文件后,按下 "Begin Flash(开始闪存写入)"按钮。

    1. 电子服务工具将指示何时成功完成闪存编程。

  1. 起动发动机,检查其是否操作正常。

  1. 访问 "Service(维修)"菜单下的 "Configuration(配置)"屏幕,以确定要求编程的参数。 查看 "Tattletale(修改次数)"栏内的数值。 所有这些参数都应具有大于等于 1 的修改次数。 如果某参数的修改次数为 0,则编程设定该参数。

"WinFlash" 出错信息

如果闪存编程过程中收到任何出错信息,点击 "Cancel(取消)"按钮以停止闪存编程。 访问 "Information(信息)"菜单下的 "ECM Summary(ECM 概要)"中的信息。 确保为您的发动机编程设定了正确的闪存文件。
