An Improved Battery Terminal for the Accessory Power Converter Is Now Used for D7E Track-Type Tractors {1421, 7418, 7490}

Description of Change: The battery terminals on the accessory power converter (APC) have been redesigned to be more robust and improve the durability of the terminals. A new terminal cover is also now used to cover the positive terminal of the APC.
