发动机的意外启动会对在设备上工作的人员造成伤害或死亡。 为避免发动机意外启动，将蓄电池负极（-）端子上的蓄电池电缆拆下。 将所有拆下的蓄电池电缆末端的金属表面用胶布完全粘住，以防止其与其它的金属表面接触而激活发动机的电子系统。 在启动/停止开关的位置上放置“不要操作”的标签，以通知他人该设备正在维修之中。 |
- 断开蓄电池。
- 在连至电起动马达及电磁阀的所有线束组件上做出识别标记。
- 断开线束组件 (1) 。

- 将适当的起吊设备固定在电起动马达 (2) 上。 电起动马达 (2) 的重量约为 28 kg (60 lb)。

- 拆下螺栓 (3 ) 。 卸下电起动马达 (2) 和密封垫 (4) 。
安装步骤
- 按与拆卸相反的顺序安装起动马达 (2) 。
