36  Use the following procedure to tighten bolts as shown in Illustration 2
Tighten the first set of four bolts (3) per the pattern that is shown in Illustration 2. Tighten the bolts to 1000 ± 125 N·m (738 ± 92 lb ft).
Rotate the pattern clockwise by one bolt (3). Tighten the next set of four bolts (3) by using the new rotated pattern. Tighten the bolts to 1000 ± 125 N·m (738 ± 92 lb ft).
Rotate the pattern clockwise by one bolt (3). Tighten the next set of four bolts (3) by using the new rotated pattern. Tighten the bolts to 1000 ± 125 N·m (738 ± 92 lb ft).
Repeat Step until all bolts (3) are tightened. 
54  Torque to 300 ± 30 N·m (221 ± 22 lb ft).
Turn each bolt to an extra angle of 120 ± 10 degrees. 
Locking Nut  Torque to 9.5 ± 1.5 N·m (84.1 ± 13.3 lb in)

(4) Use the following procedure to tighten eight bolts:

  1. Tighten the bolts to 460 ± 70 N·m (340 ± 50 lb ft).

  2. Turn each bolt to an extra angle of 180 ± 10 degrees.

Note: To ensure proper seating of the rollers, rotate the roller bearing assembly when the nuts are being tightened.

(5) Torque for four nuts ... 70 ± 15 N·m (50 ± 11 lb ft)

(6) Torque for four bolts ... 1825 ± 175 N·m (1340 ± 130 lb ft)
