The following pressures should be checked with the engine at high idle. The transmission oil should be at the normal operating temperature of 95 ± 15 °C (203 ± 27 °F).

(1) Control pressure of the lockup clutch

Lockup clutch pressure with the lockup clutch engaged ... 2034 ± 69 kPa (295 ± 10 psi)
Lockup clutch pressure with the lockup clutch disengaged ... 0 kPa (0 psi)

(2) Control pressure of the impeller clutch

Impeller clutch pressure with the left brake pedal fully disengaged. ... 2068 ± 207 kPa (300 ± 30 psi)
Impeller clutch pressure with the left brake pedal fully engaged. ... 621 ± 138 kPa (90 ± 20 psi)

(3) Minimum pressure for the transmission lubrication oil ... 69 kPa (10 psi)

(4) Speed clutch pressure ... 2550 ± 138 kPa (370 ± 20 psi)

(5) Directional clutch pressure ... 2170 ± 138 kPa (315 ± 20 psi)

(6) Torque converter inlet pressure ... 758 ± 103 kPa (110 ± 15 psi)

(7) Oil pump output pressure ... 2550 ± 138 kPa (370 ± 20 psi)

(8) Torque converter outlet pressure ... 552 ± 34 kPa (80 ± 5 psi)
