(1) 压缩机卡箍的扭矩 ... 13.5 ± 1 N·m (120 ± 9 lb in)

- 将卡箍上紧到 18.1 N·m (160 lb in)。
- 将卡箍松开至 5.6 N·m (50 lb in)。
- 再次拧紧卡箍至扭矩为 13.5 ± 1 N·m (120 ± 9 lb in)。
(3) 0.50 mm (0.020 in) 时废气旁通阀的开启压力 ... 155 kPa (22 psi)
将 4C-5599 防咬合剂 涂抹到用来安装涡轮增压器的四个锁紧螺母上。
四个锁紧螺母的扭矩 ... 54 ± 5 N·m (40 ± 4 lb ft)
