  1. Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to engine enclosure frame (40). The weight of engine enclosure frame (40) is approximately 238 kg (525 lb). Use Tooling (B) and the suitable lifting device in order to position engine enclosure frame (40) to the machine. Install bolts (43).

  2. Install bolts (42).

  3. Install guard angle (41).

  4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the opposite side of the machine.

  5. Install bolts (39) and bolts (38) in order to secure radiator top tank (37) to the engine enclosure frame.

  6. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to support assembly (36). The weight of support assembly (36) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to install support assembly (36). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

  7. Install corner panel (34). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

  8. Install door panel assembly (35).

  9. Install hose assemblies (33), if required.

  10. Position hose assemblies (32) and connect hose clips (31).

  11. Install shields (30), (28), and (29).

  12. Install tube (26). Tighten hose clamps (25) and (27) to a torque of 7.5 ± 1.0 N·m (66.38 ± 8.85 lb in).

  13. Connect pump assembly (22) to bracket (24). Connect harness assembly (23).

  15. Connect hose clamps (20). Connect hose assemblies (19), (18), and (17) to the tube assemblies.

  16. Connect hose assemblies (16) and (15) to the tube assembly.

  17. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to panel assembly (13). The combined weight of the stacks and panel assembly (13) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to install panel assembly (13). Remove Tooling (A) and install bolts (12).

  18. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to panel assembly (11). The weight of panel assembly (11) is approximately 44 kg (97 lb). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to install panel assembly (11).

  19. Connect harness assembly clip (10) and check valve (9). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

  20. Install baffles (8).

  21. Position pre-cleaner (5). Position and tighten hose clamp (7) to a torque of 4.5 ± 1.0 N·m (39.83 ± 8.85 lb in). Position and tighten hose clamp (6) to a torque of 4.5 ± 1.0 N·m (39.83 ± 8.85 lb in). Repeat this step for the remaining pre-cleaner.

  22. Use two people in order to install panel assembly (4). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

  23. Install panel assembly (1).

  24. Use two people in order to install grill assembly (3). The weight of grill assembly (3) is approximately 30 kg (66 lb).

  25. Use two people in order to install door assembly (2). The weight of door assembly (2) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).

  26. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (DEAC) - Change" or Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Extended Life Coolant - Change" for the proper filling procedure.

End By:

  1. Install the refrigerant condenser.

  2. Install the fuel cooler.

  3. Install the steering oil cooler.
