Check 5P9729 Track Repair Group For Correct Nuts{0729,0700}

Usage:

Inspect the 5P9729 Track Repair Group to see if the correct nuts are used to hold the bolster on the rods. See the illustration. The correct nuts are 8T5336 Nuts. They are 38.1 mm (1.50") thick. The Tool Guide incorrectly lists the 7F2339 Nut as the nut to hold the bolster on the rods. The 7F2339 Nut is only 22.22 mm (.875") thick. The 8T5336 Nut is thicker and therefore stronger. Be sure the correct 8T5336 Nuts are used on the 5P9729 Track Repair Group and listed in the Tool Guide.
