Description of Change: A new system has been designed in order to allow the removal of the access plate without removing the fasteners. The new system will allow retention of the fasteners in the guards or in the machines.

Adaptable To: The new system for retention of the fixed guards has been designed to help reduce the exposure to rotating or moving components. These covers or guards shall be opened or removed only with tools.

1. Loosen four 220-3976 Bolts (1). Slide 346-1291 Plate (2) vertically and pull away from the engine compartment shield.

2. Install 346-1291 Plate (2) and tighten the four 220-3976 Bolts (1) .

Note: The 220-3976 Bolts (1) are fastened to the engine compartment shield and the bolts cannot be fully removed.The new system is effective with the following machines.

• 824H (S/N: ASX370-UP)

• 825H (S/N: AZW311-UP)

• 826H (S/N: AWF561-UP)
