All of the parts listed in Table 1 have exceeded the standard one year of support.

In order to receive technical support in 2006, help/hotline callers must be able to provide CD key number(s) or registration number(s). Technical support is offered only to registered users or new customers attempting to register.

Warranties on all other Pocket Tec parts will still be honored.
