Installation Procedure

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to main control valve (6). The weight of main control valve (6) is approximately 105 kg (231 lb). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to position main control valve (6) to the machine.

2. Install bolts (11) .

3. Connect hose assembly (10) to main control valve (6) .

4. Install tube assemblies (9) .

5. Position harness assembly (8) and install clips (7) to main control valve (6) .

6. Connect hose assemblies (5) and hose assemblies (4) .

7. Install tube assemblies (3) .

8. Install cover assembly (2). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the front frame.

9. Close access door (1) on the top of the front frame.

10. Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill" for the capacity of the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".

End By: Disconnect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
