Description of Change: The improved exhaust tube and pipe will be provided as an assembly that is welded in order to help eliminate the possibility of loosening of the clamp.
Adaptable To: The new 312-3146 Exhaust Pipe As will replace the former 244-1047 Exhaust Pipe As, the 237-4987 Clamp As, and 244-1067 Tube on the 966H and 972H Wheel Loaders. The new 312-3148 Exhaust Pipe As will replace the former 237-4986 Extension Pipe Assembly, the 237-4987 Clamp As, and 251-6313 Tube for the 980H Wheel Loader. The new exhaust pipe assembly is adaptable to the above listed machines.
The new exhaust pipe assembly is effective with the following machines.
