Installation Procedure

1. Support lift arms (3) with a suitable lifting device. Position lift arms (3) on the machine. The weight of lift arm (3) is approximately 436 kg (961 lb).

2. Insert pin (14). Position the retainer and install bolts (13). Repeat for the other side.

3. Position plate assembly (11) on lift arm (3). Install bolts (9). Align the bore of the lift cylinder with the bore in the lift arms (3). Insert pin (7). Position the retainer and install bolts (8). Repeat for the other side.

4. Position clamps (6). Install bolts (5).

5. Install cable straps (4). Position clamps (2). Install bolts (1).

6. Start the engine. Purge all the air from the hydraulic system. Check the fluid level of the hydraulic tank.

End By:

1. Install the lift cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Lift Cylinder - Remove and Install".

2. Install the tilt lever. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Lever - Remove and Install".

3. Install the quick coupler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Lift Cylinder - Install".
