Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the gear pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Pump (Implement) (Steering) (Hydraulic Fan) - Remove".

1. Loosen the clamp and disconnect hose (1) from piston pump (2).

2. Disconnect hose assembly (3) and hose assembly (5) from piston pump (2).

3. Disconnect harness assembly (4) from piston pump (2).

4. Disconnect hose assembly (6) from piston pump (2).

5. Disconnect hose assembly (7) and hose assembly (8) from piston pump (2).

6. Disconnect harness assembly (9) and harness assembly (10) from piston pump (2).

7. Attach a suitable lifting device to piston pump (2). Remove bolts (11) and remove piston pump (2). The weight of piston pump (2) is approximately 52 kg (115 lb).
