The 6V5135 Setscrews as shown in 3406B Engine Parts Books may not be clear. This could cause the setscrews to be omitted if the fuel pump camshaft is replaced. The location of the four 6V5135 Setscrews are shown in the illustration. Two setscrews are located on the side and two are on the end.
