Clamps Removed From Turbocharger Oil Lines Group{1300,1307}
Usage:
3516 Vehicular Engines
Description of Change: There have been reports of vibration damage to the turbocharger oil supply line on 3516 Vehicular Engines. To reduce oil line vibration, the turbocharger oil supply line clamps, nearest the turbocharger, have been removed.
Adaptable As: The removal of two 1N4734 Clamps, one 5M2894 Washer and one L2070 Bolt from the 1W7565 Turbocharger Oil Lines Group is in effect and can be removed on all earlier 3516 Vehicular Engines. The clamps to be removed are located on the left front manifold nearest the turbocharger. See the illustration.
