(2) Apply 4C-9507 Retaining Compound to the outside diameter of ring.
(3) Torque for plug ... 70 ± 10 N·m (50 ± 7 lb ft)
(4) Use plates for proper adjustment, as required.

(10) Use shims for proper adjustment, as required.
(11) Apply 5P-3413 Sealant to the surface between the pump head and the pump housing before assembly.
(12) Torque for nine bolts ... 160 ± 30 N·m (120 ± 22 lb ft)
(13) Apply 4C-9507 Retaining Compound to the threads. Torque for two nuts ... 30 ± 7 N·m (22 ± 5 lb ft)
