An Improved Alternator Is Now Used {1405}

Description of Change: A new 150 amp alternator is now used on D9R Track-Type Tractors that are equipped with the waste handling arrangement. The new alternator has a ducted debris shield on the back. The shield will prevent debris from plugging the alternator and blocking the cooling air flow.
Adaptable To: The new 259-0591 Alternator Gp is effective with the following D9R Track-Type Tractor that is equipped with the waste handling arrangement:
- ABK1042
- ABK1-1041
