ECM 内部存储器中将记录诊断代码 CID 0600 FMI 04。

该诊断代码为现行状态时,无法完成阀的标定步骤。

系统响应:

不能进行阀的标定。

测试步骤 1. 检查发送器。

  1. 从发送器上断开机器线束。

预期结果:

诊断代码从 CID 0600 FMI 04 变为 CID 0600 FMI 03。

结果:

  • 正常 - 诊断代码从 CID 0600 FMI 04 变为 CID 0600 FMI 03。 这说明不再存在该故障。 发送器出故障。

    修复: 更换发送器。

    停止

  • 异常 - 该诊断代码仍然存在。 仍存在该故障。 发送器不是该故障的起因。 转至测试步骤 2。

测试步骤 2. 检查线束。

  1. 发送器保持与机器线束断开的状态。

  1. 将断路开关和钥匙起动开关转到 OFF(断开)位置。

  1. 从 ECM 上断开机器线束接头 J1 和 J2。

  1. 在发送器机器线束接头上,测量信号触针 1(导线 491-PK)与机架接地之间的电阻。

预期结果:

电阻大于 5000 欧姆。

结果:

  • 正常 - 电阻大于 5000 欧姆。 线束电路的电阻正常。 ECM 可能存在故障。

    修复: ECM 出故障的可能性非常小。 退出并重新执行本测试步骤。 如果没有找到故障原因,则应更换 ECM。 请参考故障诊断与排除, "电子控制模块 (ECM) - 更换"。

    停止

  • 异常 - 电阻小于 5000 欧姆。 机器线束有故障。 机架接地与机器线束中的信号电路之间短路。
