The pump is a one-section gear type pump.

Rotation is counterclockwise when the rotation is viewed from the drive end. For bench testing, use SAE 10 oil that is at 50°C (120°F).

Rotate the pump by hand. The pump should turn freely.

Minimum output ... 115 L/min (30 US gpm)

Maximum pump speed ... 2300 rpm

Pressure ... 3100 kPa (450 psi)

Bore of the bearings ... 41.283 ± 0.008 mm (1.6253 ± .0003 inch)

Diameter of shaft ... 41.232 ± 0.005 mm (1.6233 ± .0002 inch)

(3) Bearing joints.

Note: Install the bearing into the bores so that the bearings are 1.5 ± 0.25 mm (.06 ± .01 inch) below the surface. Install the bearings so that the bearing joints (3) are 30 ± 15° from the centerlines of the shafts, as shown.
