Disassembly and Assembly, SENR1293, "902 and 906 Compact Wheel Loader Machine Systems", Page 33, "Assemble Pilot Control Valve (Joystick) (Two Axis) 5059-016". Routing of the wire which leads from the joystick handle has been changed. See the following article for correct routing of the wire.

The routing of the wire which leads from the 145-0876 Joystick Handle around the 138-0224 Control Rod has been changed. The joystick handle and control rod are parts of the 141-9113 Pilot Valve.

The wire must be wrapped around the control rod in a CLOCKWISE direction before you secure the joystick handle to the control rod. Wrapping the wire in a CLOCKWISE direction reduces the wear to the wire.

Due to the change of the wrapping of the wire, Step 1 of the assembly instructions that are in the Disassembly and Assembly, SENR1293, "Assemble Pilot Control Valve (Joystick) (Two Axis) 5059-016" has been changed. Replace Step 1 and replace the two illustrations that are above Step 1 with the following illustrations and information:

1. Install the handle assembly (10) on rod (13) .

Note: Route the wire (7) from the handle (10) around the rod (13) in a CLOCKWISE direction. This routing will reduce the wear on the wire.
