Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
Note: Apply oil to the bearings before assembly.
- Lower the temperature of bearing (37) and install bearing (37) in housing (24). If necessary, use a suitable press to install bearing (37) in housing (24).

To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
- Install cam (17), springs (16), rollers (15), and bearing race (14) in stator (11).
Note: Install springs (16) with the maximum number of loops toward the outside diameter of cam (17).
