注: 油盘的密封面应没有油、碎屑、突出的密封垫材料或任何其它的密封胶。 油盘必须在涂抹密封胶的 10 分钟内组装和紧固至缸体。
(1) 在油底壳密封面的四片区域上涂抹 5 mm (0.2 in) 厚的 4C-9612 硅密封胶 。 密封面在下列区域：
- 前壳体 (2) 和缸体前部的连接点
- 飞轮壳体 (3) 和缸体后部的连接点
(4) 液位开关的扭矩 ... 120 ± 10 N·m (90 ± 7 lb ft)
注: 在阀组件的阀体上施加扭矩 (5) 。 不要在阀组件的螺母 (6) 上施加扭矩。
(5) 阀组件的扭矩 ... 70 ± 7 N·m (50 ± 5 lb ft)
