(1) Torque for nuts ... 500 ± 60 N·m (370 ± 40 lb ft)

Apply 7M-7456 Bearing Mount Compound to the threads prior to assembly.

(2) Fill the roller with lubricant.

(3) Measure the distance (A) between 8I-1098 Shaft and 312-3594 Special Washer . Add shims from the 312-3593 Shim Pack in order to obtain the thickness that was measured at (A) minus 1 ± .3 mm (0.039 ± 0.012 inch).

(4) Thickness of 8J-8259 Washer ... 3.16 ± 0.04 mm (0.124 ± 0.002 inch)

(5) Thickness of 9J-0114 Thrust Bearing Race ... 3.12 mm (0.130 inch)

(6) Thickness of 8J-8258 Washer ... 0.79 ± 0.02 mm (0.031 ± 0.001 inch)

(7) Thickness of 8J-8260 Washer ... 4.74 ± 0.04 mm (0.187 ± 0.002 inch)

(8) Thickness of 9J-0113 Thrust Race ... 0.79 ± 0.03 mm (0.031 ± 0.001 inch)
