Description of Change: New ignition transformers are used for G3500 Engines that are equipped with the Electronic Ignition System (EIS). The new transformers have an improved design that is more robust, which improves the service life.

Adaptable To: The new transformers are direct replacement for the former transformers. Refer to Table 1 for the correct transformers for each ignition type. Table 2 lists the effective engines that are equipped with a standard ignition. Table 3 lists the effective engines that are equipped with a Canadian Standards Association (CSA) ignition.
