Installation Procedure

- Install Tooling (A) on the hydraulic tank. Fasten a suitable lifting chain and a hoist to Tooling (A), as shown.

- Use a hoist to install the hydraulic tank. The weight of the hydraulic tank is 100 kg (220 lb).
- Install tubes (19), mounts (17), washers (18), washers (16) and bolts (15). The torque for bolts (15) is 270 ± 40 N·m (200 ± 29 lb ft).

- Connect electrical connector (13) .

- Connect tube assemblies (12) and hose assemblies (14) and (11) .
- Connect hose assemblies (9) and (10) .

- Install suitable lifting slings on cover (8). Use a hoist to install the cover on the hydraulic tank. The weight of cover (8) is 36 kg (80 lb).

Note: The hydraulic oil filler cap must be removed in order to install cover (8) .
- Install ten bolts (6) and the washers. Install hydraulic oil filler cap (7) .

- Install exhaust pipe (4). Tighten clamp (5) .

- Install four bolts (3) and the washers.

- Install precleaner assembly (1) on the air cleaner. Tighten clamp (2) .

- Fill the hydraulic tank with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7037 for the correct procedure.
- Close the engine hood.
End By: Install the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Install".
