Suggestions For Stocking Hoses

Usage:

WHEEL LOADERS992G (7HR1-UP) WHEEL LOADERS

Problem:

Some hoses can not be made by dealers due to the large diameter of certain hoses and the construction of the hose. If a dealer does not stock the hose, the machine will experience longer downtime while waiting for a hose to be shipped from a Caterpillar parts distribution facility.

Solution:

Dealers with guaranteed up time contracts or dealers with several 992G Wheel Loader customers may choose to stock hose assemblies with the following part numbers:

115-4834 115-5639

115-4839 115-9776

All other hose assemblies on the machine are listed in "Caterpillar Hose Assembly Fabrication Guide", SEBD2081. This guide is also available in microfiche (SEFD2081) and as a tape (SBFY0604).

NOTE: The following hose assemblies have recently been added to the "Caterpillar Hose Assembly Fabrication Guide" and will be listed in the next monthly update.
