Urutan pengencangan baut

Gunakan panjang 194 mm (7.6 inch) untuk baut berikut: baut 1 hingga baut 10, baut 15, baut 17, baut 19, baut 21, baut 23, dan baut 25

Gunakan panjang 216 mm (8.5 inch) untuk baut berikut: baut 11 hingga baut 14, baut 16, baut 18, baut 20, baut 22, baut 24, dan baut 26

Gunakan panjang 149.9 mm (5.90 inch) untuk baut 27 hingga baut 39.

Gunakan prosedur berikut untuk mengencangkan baut cylinder head:

Catatan: Sebelum perakitan, aplikasikan 4C-5592 Senyawa Anti-Macet pada ulir baut dan pada kedua sisi ring untuk baut 1 hingga baut 26.

  1. Kencangkan baut 1 hingga baut 26 sesuai urutan angka dengan torsi pengencangan 270 ± 15 N·m (200 ± 11 lb ft).

  2. Kencangkan baut 1 hingga baut 26 sesuai urutan angka dengan torsi pengencangan 450 ± 15 N·m (330 ± 11 lb ft).

  3. Kencangkan kembali baut 1 hingga baut 26 sesuai urutan angka dengan torsi pengencangan 450 ± 15 N·m (330 ± 11 lb ft).

  4. Kencangkan baut 27 hingga baut 39 sesuai urutan angka dengan torsi pengencangan 45 ± 7 N·m (33 ± 5 lb ft).

Catatan: Pasang stud pengunci tirus sedemikian rupa hingga huruf "Y" terlihat.

(1) Torsi untuk 24 stud pengunci tirus ... 35 ± 5 N·m (26 ± 4 lb ft)

PERHATIAN

Bearing camshaft harus dipasang ke posisi yang benar. Kegagalan dalam melakukan hal ini akan mengakibatkan kerusakan engine.

Kedalaman pemasangan bearing selongsong (3) untuk camshaft sangatlah penting. Pasang bearing selongsong dengan kedalaman berikut:

Dimensi (B) ... 8.0 ± 0.5 mm (0.31 ± 0.02 inch)
Dimensi (C) ... 227.5 ± 0.5 mm (8.96 ± 0.02 inch)
Dimensi (D) ... 411.7 ± 0.5 mm (16.21 ± 0.02 inch)
Dimensi (E) ... 595.8 ± 0.5 mm (23.46 ± 0.02 inch)
Dimensi (F) ... 780.0 ± 0.5 mm (30.71 ± 0.02 inch)
Dimensi (G) ... 964.1 ± 0.5 mm (37.96 ± 0.02 inch)
Dimensi (H) ... 1140.3 ± 0.5 mm (44.89 ± 0.02 inch)

(5) Sebelum perakitan, aplikasikan 4C-9506 Senyawa Penahan hingga mencapai diameter press fit ujung bawah keenam selongsong injektor.

Catatan: Tekan selongsong injektor ke bagian bawah permukaan (6).

Catatan: Sebelum perakitan, aplikasikan 4C-9506 Senyawa Penahan hingga mencapai lubang sumbat mangkuk.

(T) Kedalaman pemasangan untuk 38 sumbat mangkuk ... 1.25 ± 0.25 mm (0.049 ± 0.010 inch)
