Description of Change: A new transmission flow control valve has been released to improve transmission oil pressure stability in the listed machines. Improved pressure stability reduces control valve failures and reduces vibration and noise in the transmission lines.
Adaptable To: The 9W-7189 Flow Control Valve is a direct replacement for the 142-2882 Flow Control Valve, which is not canceled. The flow control valve is part of the 102-7568 and 116-4862 Case and Parts Groups. The 9W-7189 Flow Control Valve is adaptable to all earlier machines.
The 9W-7189 Flow Control Valve is effective with machines listed in Table 1.
