Usage:
1. Start the machine. Lift the bucket and lift arms, and put tooling (B) in position under the lift arms for support. Lower the weight of the bucket and lift arms onto tooling (B), as shown. Shut the machine off.
2. Support frame using tooling (A). Remove fender (1).
3. Support tire and rim using straps as shown. Remove bolts (2) and remove tire and rim assembly (3).
4. Disconnect tube assembly (hidden) to brake assembly. Disconnect drive shaft (4)
5. Support axle housing with straps as shown. Remove bolts (5) and remove axle housing. Weight of the front axle housing is approximately 1134 kg (2500 lb.)
NOTE: Before installation of the front axle housing group be sure the mounting surfaces on the front axle housing group and the front loader frame are clean and free of dirt and debris.
NOTE: Install in reverse order.
