- 拆下减振器和皮带轮。 请参阅拆解和组装, "减振器和皮带轮 - 拆卸和安装"。

保持所有零件清洁无杂质。 杂质会造成快速磨损和缩短部件寿命。 |
注: 必须同时更换曲轴前密封和承磨衬套。 一旦曲轴前密封与承磨衬套分开，就不得再次使用这些部件。
- 使用工具 (B) 撬动承磨衬套 (2) 的密封唇周围。
- 使用小型钻孔机在曲轴前密封 (1) 中钻出不少于三个的孔。
- 使用工具 (A) 拆下曲轴前密封 (1)。
- 如有必要，使用工具 (C) 拆下承磨衬套 (2) 。
