Description of Change: A new basic turbocharger group is used in the water cooled turbocharger group for 3412 Industrial and Marine Engines. The new basic turbocharger group uses a different cartridge, compressor housing, and turbine housing, and will give longer service life than the former group. With the former turbocharger, some conditions caused a failure of the compressor wheel after operation for an extended period of time.
