  1. 起动发动机。 以高怠速运转发动机。

  1. 将举倾操纵杆移到升起位置。 卡车车斗完全升起后,将举倾操纵杆固定到升起位置 5 秒钟。 随后,将卡车车斗完全降到卡车机架上。

  1. 重复步骤 2,直到液压油的温度高于 38°C (100°F)。

举倾油缸的升起时间

  1. 将卡车车斗降到卡车机架上。

  1. 以高怠速运转发动机。

  1. 将卡车车斗升到完全升起的位置。 利用秒表测量所需时间。

举倾油缸完全伸出所需时间约为 25 至 28 秒。 请参阅有关此机器的液压系统测试和调整, "工作表",以记录测试结果。

举倾油缸动力下降时间

  1. 将卡车车斗升到完全升起的位置。

  1. 以高怠速运转发动机。

  1. 使用动力下降功能将卡车车斗完全降下到卡车机架上。 利用秒表测量所需时间。

完全降下举倾油缸的时间约为 18 至 20 秒。 请参阅有关此机器的液压系统测试和调整, "工作表",以记录测试结果。

油缸沉降

注: 利用空载卡车车斗和高于 38°C (100°F) 的液压油执行此测试。

  1. 将举倾操纵杆移到升起位置。

  1. 当举倾油缸的一级伸出 305 mm (12 in) 时,将举倾操纵杆移到保持位置。

  1. 卡车车斗将推动一级缸盖 6.40 mm (0.25 in),以达到举倾油缸的二级。 利用秒表记录所需时间。

油缸沉降可接受的时间与举倾油缸内液压油的温度有关。 请参见下表。
