该状况说明发动机运转期间发动机控制模块 (ECM) 的蓄电池供电电路电压偏低。 如果蓄电池电压在没有返回的情况下消失，ECM 将不记录该故障诊断代码，同时发动机停机。
ECM 检测到下述情况时：
- 发动机控制置于接通模式。
- 发动机不能进行起动盘车。
- 发动机正运转。
- ECM 至少已通电三秒钟。
ECM 还检测到下述情况：
- 对于 12 V 系统，ECM 的蓄电池供电电压低于 9 V 超过 0.5 秒。
- 对于 24 V 系统，ECM 的蓄电池供电电压低于 18 V 超过 0.5 秒。
系统响应:
ECM 可能会停止喷油。 这种状况取决于故障发生的时长。
检查发动机指示灯和报警指示灯可能亮起，就像点火开关刚转到接通位置后起动发动机一样。
引起该故障诊断代码的状况仍然存在时，发动机可能发生转速变化、间歇性停机或完全停机。
